I have been using Valley Airporter since 2017 to travel back and forth from Abbotsford to Maple Ridge and recently to Vancouver Airport at a reasonable cost. The drivers are friendly, helpful and ON TIME.
My chorus used this service to travel from the Abbotsford airport into surrey. The service was excellent. The staff was very accommodating in meeting the changing needs of the chorus. Thank you to our drivers and to Jeep for setting everything up for us.
I reserved six-passenger transportation from Valley Airporter Shuttle this past weekend, from Abbotsford Airport to Surrey, as well as the return trip. All communications were timely and clear, especially when confirming a change in numbers, and with confirming the pick-up times at the airport and at the hotel. Our drivers were courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this company, and I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
I cannot recommend this company enough! We were a large group travelling to and from a contest in Surrey. The numbers of people travelling changed, as did pick up times. Each time I communicated this to Valley, they responded promptly and made every change I requested. What could have been a very stressful experience was totally easy and stress free. I should add the that the driver was fantastic as well! Thank you SO much!
We booked Valley Airporter for our recent trip from Coquitlam to YVR and then 10 days later the reverse. We were a group of 6 with a wide age range and 6 bags to check! Communication was excellent. Our driver was on time and professional. Our plane was delayed on return, I had communicated this via text before we took off, and communicated via text when we landed. Our driver was waiting for us inside at International Arrivals. He helped with our bags and got us home safely. I highly recommend this company and we will use them again.

Booked Valley Airporter Shuttle to get from Chilliwack to YVR. They were scheduled to arrive at 5:45am and showed up right on time. The shuttle to the airport went very smooth, and the driver was very friendly. I confirmed the day before and they responded right away. I will definitely book Valley Airporter again and I highly recommend!
I had a great experience of being picked up at Vancouver Airport. The plane arrived early and I was able to arrange for my ride to be a little early too, by using the wifi on the plane to text. The driver was very kind and polite and got me home in good time.
This is the best service ever. I have no other way to get to Vancouver whether it’s to & from the airport or to the bus terminal to catch the ferry to Victoria. They show up to your door minutes early , For a comfortable clean ride. The driver has always been very pleasant & in one instance when our plane was arriving late, they were in contact with me constantly & showed up outside our terminal to take us back home even though it was late. I really appreciate these guys, I wouldn’t know what I’d do without their services. Thank you Valley Airporter.
