Question 1: What Areas do you Serve?

Answer: We serve all areas included in the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland, and also the GVRD(Greater Vancouver Regional District).

Question 2: How can I book a Shuttle with your Company?

Answer: You have multiple options to make a booking:

Question 3: What are your Operating Hours?

Answer: We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Question 4: How far in advance do I need to book the Shuttle?

Answer: Minimum 24 hours in advance.
(The earlier the better, and the higher the chances to secure your booking request)

Question 5: Do you offer Discounts for Large Groups?

Answer: Yes, please contact us with the Total Number of Passengers.

Question 6: Do you accept Airline Vouchers?

Answer: Yes, we accept Airline Vouchers.

Question 7: Is Large Baggage allowed?

Answer: Subject to Availability, there may be an additional cost.

Question 8: What is your Cancellation Policy?

Answer: Please let us know 24 hours in advance minimum

Question 9: Can I change or update my reservation after it’s been made? How?

Answer: Yes, please let us know as soon as possible and we will update your booking free of charge.

Question 10: Do you provide Child Car Seats?

Answer: Sorry, we do not provide Child Car Seats.

Question 11: Are Pets allowed? If so, are there any restrictions/rules?

Answer: Yes, pets are allowed. There will be an extra fee of $20.00 in total for pets. Also, the pet must be in the pet carrier.

Question 12: Can I book a Round-Trip, or is it One-Way only?

Answer: Yes, you can book a Round Trip at anytime with any of our booking methods.

Question 13: Do you provide services during holidays?

Answer: Yes, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Question 14: What type of Payment Methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept payment via cash, debit/credit card or e-transfer

Question 15: Can I book a shuttle for a large group? If so, how many people can the shuttle accommodate?

Answer: Yes, we accept up to 25 passengers at one time.

Question 16: Do you have a Toll-Free Number?

Answer: Yes, you can call us using our Toll-Free Number at 1-877-604-6688.

Question 17: Do I need to pay separate for baggage?

Answer: No, baggage is included in the Total Quoted Price.

Question 18: What happens if my Flight is Delayed?

Answer: Our dispatch team monitors your provided Flight Number for minor updates. (But please let us know of any cancellations or major updates)

Question 19: What is your Schedule?

Answer: We do not operate by schedule, we operate by reservations/bookings only.

Question 20: Do you offer Corporate Accounts for Businesses that frequently need Shuttle Service?

Answer: Yes, we accept and can set up Corporate Accounts

Question 21: What is the Smallest Sized Vehicle you have?

Answer: The Smallest Vehicle we have is a 7-Seater Minivan.

Question 22: Will it be a Shared Ride/Other Passengers on our Shuttle?

Answer: Yes, we may sometimes have other passengers going in the same direction depending on the bookings.

Question 23: What Airports do you Service?

Answer: We Service the following Airports:

  1. Abbotsford International Airport (YXX)
  2. Vancouver International Airport (YVR)
  3. Bellingham International Airport (BLI)

Question 24: Do you service the Ferry Terminals and the Cruise Ship Terminal?

Answer: Yes, we provide service to the following Terminals:

  1. Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal in Delta
  2. Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal in West Vancouver
  3. Canada Place Cruise Terminal in Vancouver

Question 25: Is Pre-Payment Required?

Answer: Pre-Payment is usually not required, but depends on the situation

Question 26: How is Payment Made?

Answer: You can pay via Cash, Debit/Credit Card, E-Transfer, or Airline Vouchers etc.
